Generally we tend to think that creativity is something we should leave to professionals in every specific field and we don’t even try to understand the dynamics behind the process. Actually, modern companies expect everybody to use creativity and innovation. Creative people are inclined to rely on simple strategies and practical resources to achieve their goals. They don’t follow a strict creative process; rather, they resort to instruments and “laboratories” to explore new ideas, test hypothesis, produce results… and – most of the times – game is the most efficient tool.
